Our Provision staff provide the highest level of support for pupils struggling with emotional regulation, social interaction, communication and behaviour management in a protected, carefully managed environment. Pupils follow a personalised curriculum, which includes sensory art, PSHE, sensory/emotional regulation and community visits alongside a more traditional academic learning, such as literacy, numeracy and thematic humanities projects. Each pupil has an Individual Progress Plan that is reviewed regularly.
Our ultimate aim is to help our pupils in the provision area to integrate into the main school, into age-appropriate classes. The specialists in this area also provide outreach support and advice for the whole school community on social, emotional and learning behaviour.
